Which timing systems do you support?
A small desktop agent installs on the SST (Superior Swim Timing) laptop and pushes every touch to the cloud in near real time — that's how live results get to the meet, the deck, and the spectator link. SST is the only system we support today. Daktronics, Omega, and Colorado Time Systems agents are on the roadmap — if you're on one of those, get in touch and we'll prioritize based on who's switching.
Can I import my Hy-Tek meet history?
Roster import via SDIF works on day one — teams, swimmers, and best times come over cleanly. Full historical meet results aren't a self-serve import yet; if you need that, email support@swimmeet.pro with your Hy-Tek export and we'll see what we can do case by case.
Does it work if the pool's WiFi goes out?
The desktop agent keeps running and caches every touch locally. The SST laptop never depends on the internet to record times. When the connection comes back, unsynced times flow in automatically. You will not lose a heat to a dropped AP.
Can multiple people run the meet at once?
Yes. Role-based access for head coach, assistant coach, and meet manager — everyone on the same meet in real time. No “please close the file” messages.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, full app, no credit card required. At day 14 you're asked to subscribe — if you don't, your account goes read-only so you can still export your data. No surprise charges.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own it. Export meet results, swimmer records, and team data as SDIF or CSV at any time. We retain read-only access for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
